Our approach

Experienced people, close to the work

If you've worked with a large events agency, you probably know the feeling. You pitch to the senior team. You get handed to someone more junior. Six months later you're chasing approvals from someone who wasn't in the room when the brief was agreed.

We're an independent, senior-led events agency, so the people who pitch are the people who deliver. You get the depth and resource to handle complex, high-stakes events, without the layers of a large agency or the risk of a solo freelancer.

And when we think something won't work, we push back, because that's what a genuine partner does.

A first event for a hard-to-reach audience

OBEX had never run an event before. The brief they brought us was a venue and some canapés. We built the concept and the audience strategy around it, and on the night 110 construction decision-makers came to the launch, 58 floors above the City of London.

Our process

How we get there

Every successful event starts with a clear purpose. Our structured process ensures every decision, detail and touchpoint contributes to achieving your goals.

Discovery

We begin by exploring your objective, audience and the commercial context behind the event. And if you don't know the answers, we'll help you find them.

Strategy & concept

Together, we define the event's role, shape the narrative and develop a concept that makes sense and connects to your audience.

Production

Every logistical and creative element is managed with precision: venue, content, delegate communications, AV, crew and supplier relationships.

Delivery & insight

Flawless on-site execution followed by rigorous post-event analysis. We measure what mattered and turn it into intelligence for next time.

Sarah and her team are extremely professional, very responsive, have a great attention to detail and are brilliant at coming up with impromptu solutions to any given problems. Royal Academy of Engineering
Let's talk events

Starting a conversation costs nothing

Every great event starts with a conversation. A few things people often ask us first.

We've never run an event like this before. Can you help?

Yes. Depending on your needs, we can engage at any point in the process, from a blank brief to a production-ready strategy. OBEX had never run an event before they came to us, and we built the whole thing with them.

Who will we actually work with?

The people you meet at the start. Our core team lead the way, supported by a carefully chosen network of senior specialists we've trusted for years, but it's still us you call if something's not right.

Do you only handle the logistics?

No. If you have the brief, we handle everything else. If you have a need but not yet a vision, we bring the thinking, the narrative and the framework to build the event around it.

Can you work alongside our in-house team or PR agency?

Yes. We work with PR agencies such as Performance Communications on launches for Nissan, Genesis and Leapmotor, and step in when internal teams, like the Royal Academy of Engineering's, are at capacity.

Where do you work?

We work with clients across the UK, and we come to you. Face to face, not just over email.
